At the end of the academic year 2024, five GLP students went to Manila, Philippines for an 8-day overseas fieldwork.

As part of their course requirements, the students conducted their own research by visiting the sites, conversing with people, and conducting mini-surveys.

* The GLP students were guided by the GLP coordinator in their research only through periodic consultations. Finding key informants, conducting the surveys, and commuting to the actual research site, as well as the selection of the topic, were entirely their own. Likewise, the writing and the ideas in their reports are theirs.
