Join us for an engaging academic event hosted by students of the Planning and Implementation course, featuring a special lecture by Dr. Wataru Yoshida and a panel discussion between Dr. Yoshida and Rinko Matsushita, a student from the Faculty of Social Sciences.
Dr. Yoshida is a sociologist conducting quantitative research on the hiring practices of new graduates at major Japanese corporations. His work also addresses important topics such as work-life balance, management positions, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Following the lecture, Ms. Matsushita will join Dr. Yoshida for a panel discussion that brings together expert insight and student perspective. The conversation will address the roots of persistent inequality and the need for systemic reform, encouraging critical reflection among attendees.
The event will conclude with a Q&A session, where the audience can actively engage with the speakers and raise thoughtful questions.
