The second installment of this year's GLP Lecture Series brought in William Barriga, retired civil servant of UN International Organization for Migration, to discuss the theme "International Cooperation in a Fractured World. "With professional experience in the UN system of more than 30 years, Mr. Barriga presented conceptual and practical ways of considering international cooperation.
